Joyous

I went for a run this morning.  Last year at this time, I couldn’t get out of bed in the morning without sharp pains shooting up the bottoms of my feet.  The difference?  A pair of good shoes.  Because of them (and my Christmas music playlist), I’m joyful and triumphant.
