rachel made me do it

I’ve read this on JDC and Cardigan Way, but they did not threaten me within an inch of my life like Rachel did. So because I did not want to anger a pregnant lady, I give you my list of what’s up.

currently

obsessed with:  the iheartstitching channel on youtube

biggest pet peeve:  honestly, I have so many.  but the one for Right now would be people who drive SO SLOWLY in town.  why would you go 35 when the speed limit is 40?  are you out just enjoying the view?  do you have no where to go?  are you just HAVING A GOOD TIME?!!

i could eat an endless supply of:  these lovely little things

christmas kisses

reading:  a million little ways by emily freeman.

021

It is making me think.  I may have to reread the book and take actual notes!  craziness.  favorite quote so far–“I stand at the edge of the world and wonder how anyone who comes to this coast could ever leave.  I want to fill my soul up with beauty enough to last a week, find that water blue on a paint chip at Lowe’s, and color the world Sea.”

bedtime:  midnightish

last movie I watched:  Catching Fire.  and now I have to wait a year to see the last movie?!  waah!

I am writing this while:  my kids are asking for lunch.  I need to hurry and finish!

scripture that is speaking to my heart:  John 16:33.  the Hope, a Promise, God is sovereign.  And I am so thankful.

On days I don’t leave the house, I:  stay in my jams, read, sew, watch movies and send William out for taco bell.  This happens about one Saturday every 3 months.

If I could hug anybody today, it would be:  my baby girl.  She gives the best hugs.  Or Laura, because she would appreciate it.  Otherwise, I’m not much of a hugger.

Now wasn’t that fun?  I agree.  You should join in on the fun!  In the comments, give me <your> one moment in time!

  1. Thank you. And you’re welcome 😉
We saw Catching Fire this weekend as well and IT WAS SO GOOD. I cannot wait for #3 – even though the third book wasn’t the best book, the third movie is TOTALLY going to be the best movie! Do you know when it’s going to be released?!

  2. obsessed with: getting this paperclip completely straight.
biggest pet peeve: daily mass texts. Don’t even.
i could eat an endless supply of: Klassen pickles.
reading: How Do I Love Thee? A fictional book about Elisabeth Barrett by Nancy Moser. So far so good…except that whole part where her brother drown. That was not good.
    bedtime: 11.
last movie I watched: Gifted Hands – the story of Ben Carson. Great movie!
I am writing this while: I wait for Payroll to return and I finish it for the day.
scripture that is speaking to my heart: I know the plans I have for you… Jeremiah 29:11. I heard it on the way to work and it was for me right now 🙂
On days I don’t leave the house, I: organize or cook or watch something old (Little House, Anne of Green Gables…)
If I could hug anybody today, it would be: I’m not much of a hugger…my momma is my favorite person to hug.
